Since we updated our kitchen and have working oven, I can now cook again.
I will start keeping notes about what I have cooked.
Tonight we made a clean out your fridge over pasta.
1/2 lb YDFM chick sausage (sauteed)
1 onion
1/2 lb mushrooms
3 cloves crushed garlic
4 leaves fresh sage
1 small can whole tomatoes
.80 lb YDFM pasta (cooked)
saute everything besides sausage and pasta
top with parma and sage
